Add Google Groups as forum In Blogger

Google Group as a Forum for Blogger blog or your websites
Forum for your site is a great way to increasing a popularity of your website, but if you do not afford any good web host and free hosting creating trouble for you then simply insert Google groups as your forum software.

Many blogger like me is afford only a domain price and want a forum for our blogger blog,so i choose a Google groups as a forum software for TECHELEX Forum Now we use MyBB as Forum Software.

How to Add Google Groups Blogger

1.Go to and fill details then click on Create My Gruop

2.Add Some People in Groups and play with the setting.

3.Go to group setting copy a java code which is provided for Embedding your group .Its look like below code,replace Your Group Name with your group name in below code line 9.

4.Create a Staic Page.

5.Paste This code in your blogger Static page.

6.Go to Blogger Dashbord.

7.Go to Template Section.

8.Click on Edit HTML and Tick on Expand Widget Templates.

Copy a Static pages url and replace with your static page url in below code line 1.

  1. Hi, Shaikh. I don’t know how old this article is, but could you answer a question if you’re still available? How can I align the search bar to the right?

    Other tips for stylizing the code would also be appreciated. 😉

      Provide me your page link where you put Google group, aligning the search bar is difficult and in my opinion its not possible because its hard coded. If you can aligning the search bar then its show only in visitor browser and its not apply in group itself. One way for aligning is use css code.

  2. Everything’s great. But when ever someone trying to login they are taken away from blog to google groups page and they are not redirecting back to blog. Is there a fix for this?

      There is no fix in my knowledge. Sorry for that.
